What is the difference between a studio and a house?

A studio is a hotel room, so a bedroom with a bathroom. A house is a fully furnished apartment.

Can we bring pets?

Dogs are allowed in half of our houses (this is stated when booking). There are also 2 studios where dogs are allowed. And you can book a holiday stable for your horse or pony.

Is smoking allowed inside?

No. In our studios and homes it is not allowed to smoke inside. There is an outdoor seating area at the front of the studios and the houses all have their own garden and terrace.

What kind of beds are there?

All our beds are box-spring beds of 90x210. These can be placed against each other or used separately. One bunk bed has been added in the 7-person home. You can also book an extra camp bed or a guest bed.

Does it include bed linen?

Yes the beds are always made. Our beds are extra long, so it is not possible to bring your own bed linen.

Can I rent bicycles?

Is the garden closed?

Yes, the garden is closed with green mesh through the hedge and a gate at the gate.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, WiFi is available in the houses, this is free.

Is there a BBQ available?

There is the possibility to borrow a coal barbecue from us. Barbecuing is not allowed in case of persistent drought in summer.

What are the rules and options for payment?

Studios may be paid on arrival, in cash or by pin and we also accept Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.

Homes are paid for 50% within 14 days of booking and the remainder one month before arrival. This can be done by bank transfer.

Can I cancel at any time?

When booking through our website, our own general terms and conditions apply, which can be found on our website here .

Is the final cleaning mandatory?

Yes, the final cleaning is mandatory and is always charged. We charge extra cleaning costs for pets, these are also mandatory.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 3 pm and check out until 10 am if it is a residence and until 11 am if it is a studio. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, you can request it. We will then see if this is possible for you.

Which coffee maker is available in our residence?

The houses have a standard filter coffee machine. A kettle in the studios.

Where can I park?

You can park in front of your accommodation for loading / unloading. Then you park the car in the general parking lot in front of building A. In high season, a possible second car may be parked at the riding school.

Is the accommodation also accessible for disabled people?

The studios have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. An extra studio has been added to the 8-person homes with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, accessible for wheelchairs. At your request we can place or have aids placed for you.

Can I receive visitors?

You may receive visitors, this is even free during the day. If your guests want to stay overnight, please inquire about the options / costs.

How can I book pony / horse activities during my stay?

During the holidays we recommend that you book the activities at the riding school in advance. This can be done by mail at manege@horsetellerie.nl. If you have not yet booked, you can make a reservation at the riding school. This is possible on the day of arrival before 4 pm or otherwise the next morning from 9 am.

What to do in the area?
